The design works perfectly for expanding your suite inventory for your biggest events without the huge expense of construction and more importantly without permanently losing that valuable real estate. The V.I.Portable Suite System gives you flexibility in your suite inventory and can be reconfigured on the fly for any event.
iHeart Radio Music Festival MGM Resorts Village Las Vegas, NV.
Seating Solutions was recently tasked with designing, manufacturing, and installing portable luxury suites for the MGM Festival lot in Las Vegas. After careful design, engineering and planning eight three story suites were constructed equipped with indoor VIP seating and service area on first floor, front first floor party deck, second level balcony with reclining chairs and indoor suite, third story party viewing deck, access stair tower, air conditioning, refrigerators, and pre-wired electric. All of this was then designed to roll around the festival lot and be easily portable and reconfigurable for different events. The suites featured corporate branding of the events sponsors that could be zipped on and off of all of the furniture as well as availability for other corporate branding on the safety rails and walls of the suite boxes.
In Addition, to being rented for the I-Heart Radio Festival they will remain at the venue for a total of 4 weeks for the Boulevard Brew Fest, Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival and the Wine Amplified Festival.
